Writer's group entry 2.

This was the picture that went with my next poem which wasn't as well received as the other one but I like it a lot more.

Do I like it because it wasn't as popular? Seems likely to me knowing myself.
However, it could just be I recognise its quality as higher legitimately but... who knows?

Anyway.

UNTITLED AGAIN!

If you find yourself among the mice,
who hide in holes on rainy nights,
where the rain is bombs and blood and life,
is shame some say,
but no, I like.
The pain is what I live for.

This war is lightning SAY GOODBYE!
It offends me that you're still alive,
your country, land, and home are mine!
But you can keep this coffin!

But why do we stop? Today you ask,
To murder all you little rats,
and for the hunt we need more cats,
to usher in our presence.

Your blood is nice, won't you agree?
As oil for our war machine!
These muzzle flashes fill my dreams,
All the soldiers yell "BLITZKRIEG"!
Let's fill these holes with bodies!

Writer's group entry 1.

This is the first thing I read on the very first day we did writer's group.

It's rather old, but I do like it.

UNTITLED

I,
Would like to apologise.
I don't mean it, I simply wish to earn your trust,
I only want to kill you, and then merrily march my parade on your grave.

I'm the ring master you see, and I march, my baton, it has skulls on both ends and those skulls were both friends and their children?
Well.
I'm afraid all wars must have casualty.

Oh, don't give me those eyes like your better than I!
Just admit it, we all love calamity.

What has peace ever done? but waste heat from the sun!

Let's use the steam from our guns and force tragedy.

Oh, no no no no no.
Shake your fists that I'm evil, I keep blood in my pockets, but tell me,
what have you done to stop it?

But you cry: "I condemn it! And I pray every night!"

Well then, maybe your prayers can stop bullets in flight,

but if not!
Then you are all rather guilty.

The whole sky will corrode as the ice fills your bones and I tell you,
IT WILL BE BRILLIANT.
What we can't kill,
we'll enslave, and you'll watch and you'll say "Some will live..." YES! That's unfortunate isn't it?

And of COURSE I'm a murderer, it was all of you who have made me,
and I look into the facse children I've forced into slavery, but not you, look away, it's unsavoury.

However,
If it were YOU, you would hate me, in your homes kill your babies!
invade, and in horror you face me.

With your legs broken you lie, and you watch and you cry "Someone save me!"
but your pleas will be smothered by the screams of your brother as I stomp his face into the pavement.

He wears the floor as his mask while I drink from the flask with potential and blood in its mix.

Some do it for pride; some do it for vengeance but me, I do it for kicks.

AND you?

What's your motive?

You don't act, but you stare, you seem both intrigued,
and at the same time don't care.

Fine, have it your way,
I didn't want to but it seems you want me to give it a name.
Either through neglect, or direct, you and I,

are the same.

My particular story.

YES! The time has come. The masses have been clamouring towards me to see what I have to say.

Are you ready?

Snape kills Dumbledorf.

In actuality, I'm not going to even post the premise of my graphic short story. I am keeping it intensely secret until it's magnificent unveiling on D-DAY.

IT WILL BE... decently average at worst (hopefully).

Good day to you.

Graphic Short Story Unit!

Now, to begin, one of my favourite pieces of literature is without a doubt the collection of comics Watchmen.
Another favourite is V for Vendetta.

NOW, this makes me fairly biased when dealing with comics.
I like them.

Am I able to draw in any way? No.
I'm actually very awful.

Therefore, I have to stare enviously at Alan Moore and his magnificent beard for having the ability to hire professional artists to do his artwork.

Science damn you superior fine motor skills development!

The writers life, as in, me being somewhat of a writer and having somewhat of a life.

Haven't really been able to give reasons as to why I would want to write. I mean, I used to do it because of the reactions from those who heard or read it and positive feedback would serve as sort of an ego-boost.

Then I stopped caring whether people liked things or not and I haven't replaced the reason for writing with anything else.

Hm... well I suppose that concludes "The writer's life". Not very interesting, that little insight in to my reasons or lack thereof was it?

Adventures!

The Adventures of Duane and BrandO: Double Dragon.

The life of a writer. I would have to begin with a music group that I was recently exposed to and REALLY like the music. This group is THE ADVENTURES OF DUANE AND BRANDO. The writing in the songs is some of the cleverest I've heard in a while.

The combination of another one of my interests (Video games) is another factor adding to the overall awesomeness of the group.
The songs are clever and charming, in a brash, "in your fucking face" sort of way.

But gathering the point about the writer's life, these guys personify the idea. They've devoted their lives to something original, creative and unless my earlier description wasn't sufficient: FREAKING AWESOME.
Acknowledging the general overuse of the word "awesome" I actually mean it.

The Adventures Of Duane and BrandO: Megaman 2

Rap songs using video game music? Nice.

Goodness, it's been a while.

Good Evening London, been a while since I have posted on here. I don't have much to say in regards to anything that is happening at the moment. Also, I highly doubt anyone is going to be checking in on these sorts of things, but I just wanted to let anyone who is know I am still alive.

Portal still alive. So many incredible things that require your attention.

This is where the good stuff is.
